At every annual Global RE/MAX Week, we at RE/MAX Uganda are always reminded of how essential it is to take a step back and remember the power of compassion and community. Our recent give-back event was a shining example of how small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect of positivity.
On Friday 6th October 2023, RE/MAX Uganda in partnership with Salaam Charity & Bookdrive Foundation, came together to spread kindness and give back to Noah’s Ark Village in Garuga, a home for children with disabilities. Visiting this home emphasized the need for ongoing support for such homes, whether through financial donations or volunteering.
This event also highlighted the incredible generosity of our staff and partners for their donations for those less fortunate. The palpable sense of togetherness served as a powerful reminder of our collective capacity to make a difference.
As we reflect on this event, we are reminded that giving back isn’t just about providing material support; it’s about strengthening the bonds of our community and nurturing the spirit of kindness. We are committed to continuing these efforts, knowing that even the smallest gestures can have a profound impact on the lives of others.
We thank RE/MAX LLC for this great initiative and we can not wait to carry on the spirit of giving beyond the Global RE/MAX Week. This was a reminder that giving back isn’t just a one-time act; it’s a commitment to creating a better world for those who need it the most!
